Return Policy

• Intuit QuickBooks Desktop Pro Plus software may be returned within 30 days from the date of invoice.

• Intuit QuickBooks Desktop Premier Plus software purchased after 1/1/2023 may be returned within 30 days from the date of invoice. Any purchases made before or between 10/1/2022 – 12/31/2022 are not eligible for return.

• Intuit QuickBooks Point of Sale Desktop software may be returned within 30 days from the date of invoice.

• Intuit QuickBooks Enterprise software may be returned within 30 days from the date of invoice.

• Professional services, consulting, project work, and bookkeeping services are non-refundable.

• Shipping and Insurance costs are non-refundable.

Return Process

• To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, please call 0 410 792 994 or email sales@quickbooks-enterprise.online

• Credits can only be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase.

• We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
